ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a system for managing the recruitment process. It automates application collection, candidate screening, and communication. Hexjobs ATS also offers Job Matching with match scores and job ad generation.
Can I try Hexjobs ATS for free?+
Yes! The Starter plan is free forever. Just create an account and publish a job ad. No credit card required.
How is Hexjobs different from other ATS systems?+
Hexjobs is a next-generation ATS. We offer Job Matching with a 0-100 score, job ad generator, automatic checklist evaluation, omnichannel communication (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram) and full GDPR compliance.
Can I change my plan during the subscription?+
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately, and the price difference is prorated.
How does Job Matching work?+
The system analyzes the candidate's CV and compares it with job requirements. Each candidate receives a match score of 0-100 along with a strengths and weaknesses analysis.
Is Hexjobs GDPR compliant?+
Yes, Hexjobs is fully GDPR compliant. We offer automatic data retention, candidate consent management, and full control over personal data.
How many recruitments can I run at the same time?+
It depends on your plan: Starter – as many as purchased job ads, Standard – 5, Premium – 10, Enterprise – unlimited. You can also purchase additional recruitments.
What happens after my job ad expires on the Starter plan?+
After the job ad expires, you still have 3 months of ATS access for recruitments linked to that ad. Recruitments without an ad have 30 days of access.
What are the communication limits?+
Standard and Premium: 1,000 emails and 50 SMS per month included. SMS above the limit costs PLN 0.30 each. Enterprise: limits set individually.
Can I purchase additional job ads or recruitments?+
Yes. Additional job ads cost PLN 399 each. Additional recruitments and prepaid job ads can also be activated through individual arrangements.
