How does Job Matching work?+
The system analyzes the candidate's CV and compares it with job requirements. Each candidate receives a match score of 0-100 along with a strengths and weaknesses analysis.
Is Hexjobs GDPR compliant?+
Yes, Hexjobs is fully GDPR compliant. We offer automatic data retention, candidate consent management, and full control over personal data.
How many recruitments can I run at the same time?+
It depends on your plan: Starter – 2, Standard – 5, Premium – 10, Enterprise – unlimited. You can also purchase additional recruitments.
What happens after my job ad expires on the Starter plan?+
On the Starter plan, you have permanent access to your recruitments with no time limits. You can upgrade at any time to get more recruitments and job ads.
What are the communication limits?+
Standard and Premium: 1,000 emails and 50 SMS per month included. SMS above the limit costs PLN 0.30 each. Enterprise: limits set individually.
Can I purchase additional job ads or recruitments?+
Yes. Additional job ads cost PLN 99 each. Additional recruitments and prepaid job ads can also be activated through individual arrangements.
